About the Contest
L&T Ignite will be the biggest Talent Show event for all employees across the L&T Group. At L&T, we believe that talent knows no bounds—and this initiative is here to prove it! This isn’t just a talent show; it’s a celebration of creativity, passion, and the spirit of expression that lives within every L&T-ite.
Through this Group-wide platform, we aim to ignite hidden sparks, add a vibrant dimension to everyday work life, and unleash the extraordinary in our people. Whether it’s music, dance, drama, stand-up comedy or any unique form of performance art—every talent will find its moment to shine.
This event aims to:

The Grand Finale Showcase will take place at Mumbai, where selected performers will get to present their talents live, making it a celebration to remember!
