• The contest is open to all employees across the L&T Group of Companies.
• Participation is limited to L&T employees only; entries from family members or friends will not be accepted.
• Submissions must fall under the approved contest categories.
• All entries must follow the prescribed duration and format guidelines.
• Performances must be original. Use of AI-generated content or similar tools is strictly prohibited.
• Submissions must be family-friendly, appropriate for a diverse workplace, and uphold L&T's values.
• Entries should not be uploaded or shared on any public platforms or social media.
• Interested employees must register on the event portal and complete the mandatory information to confirm participation.
• Registration opens on 9th June 2025 and will be accepted till 15th July 2025.

• Step 1: Register with your credentials by filling out the registration form
• Step 2: Upload your performance video or artwork:
  • Maximum file size: 120MB
  • For video submissions:
    • Record in landscape orientation with clear audio and video quality
    • Video length must not exceed 120 seconds
    • Acceptable format: MP4, MOV, AVI, MPG
    • Recommended resolution: HD (720p or higher)
  • For art entries (drawing, sketching, painting, etc.):
    • The video should include two short clips of you working on the artwork and one final view of the completed piece
    • Alternatively, a time-lapse or sped-up video featuring the employee is also acceptable
• Step 3: Add a brief description of your act or artwork
• Step 4: Label your uploaded file using only your PS Number without any other characters
• Step 5: Ensure a stable internet connection while uploading your file to avoid any last-minute technical issues
• Step 6: Submit your entry by the deadline: 15th July 2025

• Video length: 90 seconds – 120 seconds (maximum duration)
• Video should be recorded in HD quality (preferably 720p or higher)
• Video file types accepted: MP4, MOV, AVI, MPG
• For Art entries like drawing & painting, the video submission needs to depict 2 segments where the employee is working on the art, and 1 final view of the completed artwork. Alternatively, employees may submit time-lapse or sped-up videos with themselves in the video
• Make sure your internet connection is stable to avoid uploading issues before the deadline

• Qualifiers: Initial screening based on submitted entries through the contest portal
• Quarter Finals
• Semi Finals
• Grand Finale: A live on-stage event at AMN Tower, Powai, Mumbai, showcasing the best talents from across the L&T Group

Participants will be evaluated based on the nature of their submission—whether it's a performance or visual artwork—using a set of well-defined artistic and technical parameters.

For performance-based entries (such as music, dance, stand-up comedy, mimicry, etc.):

• Talent & Skill Level: Judges will assess the participant’s mastery and technical proficiency in their chosen art form.
• Creativity & Originality: Entries will be evaluated for their uniqueness, innovation in presentation, and creative interpretation.
• Presentation & Expression: This includes the effective use of costumes, props, gestures, expressions, and clarity of speech or movement to enhance the overall act.
• Overall Impact: Judges will look for performances that leave a lasting impression—those that resonate emotionally and engage the audience meaningfully.

For art entries (drawing, painting, sketching, etc.):

Theme:“L&T: The Nation Builder”

• All artworks must reflect the theme “L&T: The Nation Builder” with clarity and creativity.
• Entries will be judged on the following: Please refer to point 3c of the Rules and Regulations clause.
• Theme Interpretation: How well the artwork captures and conveys the theme.
• Originality: Uniqueness of idea and creative execution.
• Artistic Composition: Quality of layout, structure, and detailing.
• Color and Tone: Effective use of color, contrast, and spatial balance.
• Overall Impression: Visual impact, completeness, and emotional resonance of the piece.

• Winners across all categories and rounds will be specially recognized and celebrated for their outstanding talent and creativity
• Attractive prizes await the top performers — to be revealed at the time of announcement
• All participants will receive a Certificate of Participation as a token of appreciation for their efforts
• Winners will be felicitated during the Grand Finale event with a memento/trophy
